A few things you might want to know.
Is our POS safe with guests on the WiFi?
Yes. Your POS and office are on their own network. Guests can't see them.
What happens if the internet goes down?
If you already have a second internet line, we set things up so it takes over by itself (see below). If not, we tell you what's going on and help you deal with your provider.
Do we need two internet lines?
No. Guest WiFi runs fine on the line you have. A second line only adds automatic backup, and we don't sell lines: if you already pay for two, we put the second one to work.
Do we need new WiFi equipment or cables?
Often not. In many places we use the WiFi you already have and add the guest network on top. We check on the free visit, so you know exactly what's needed before we start.
What does it cost?
The visit and estimate are free. Installation is quoted once we've seen your place. The care plan is optional, $49 a month.
Will the install disrupt service?
No. We work outside your busy hours, after closing if that suits you better.

Put your backup connection to work. If your primary internet goes down, the second connection takes over instantly. Your POS and online orders can keep running without anyone switching cables. We work with the connections you already have.
